How Dolce Vita Works
- Begins as a free forum of like-minded individuals - Think of it as a club of members interested in learning more about vacation home ownership for the middle class, not the wealthy. These members help steer Dolce Vita to the areas of the United States, Europe and Caribbean that the group is most interested in targeting for purchase.
- Questionnaire - All forum members complete a brief questionnaire. The results will guide Dolce Vita to where the members have the greatest interest, how much they are comfortable spending and other relevant information.
- Target properties - Initially, markets along the U.S. east coast from Virginia south to Florida will be targeted. This geographic region allows for some rental income in addition to the members vacation period.
- The Purchase - Once a market and price range have been identified, Dolce Vita begins a search for prospective properties. When the first group of members agree to pursue a particular property, Dolce Vita negotiates the purchase on behalf of an LLC of which the members become partners.
- Property management - Dolce Vita performs an initial walk-thru to determine the specific needs of the property and coordinates any necessary repairs or upgrades. It schedules owners occupancy and maximizes prospective rentals from multiple sources for the remaining time periods. Ongoing expenses such as taxes, utilities and maintenance are paid for on behalf of the LLC. Dolce Vita serves as the 24/7 interface with fellow owners and guests.
